Columbia Grain International has established its new subsidiary Enrich Foods, LLC with the acquisition of Great River Milling. CGI is a vertically based company that purchases grains, oilseeds, pulses, and organics from more than 8,000 farmers in the Midwest. CGI will integrate its own Balanced Bushel brand of dry beans and pulses in to the Enrich Foods portfolio.
Founded in 1976, Northarvest Bean Growers Association (NBGA) represents the largest group of dry bean farmers in America, working together to fund research, promote, and produce the finest beans in the world.
