Farm bill discussions are happening on Capitol Hill. The first week of March, the House Agriculture Committee reviewed the commodities title in the 2018 Farm Bill. On the Senate side, it will be a few more weeks before the agriculture committee starts their review. That’s according to Senate Agriculture Committee Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow. We’ll kick things off later in the spring, as we always do, with field hearings both in Michigan and Arkansas, then, we’ll start title by title. It will take several months to get through everything. We want to hear what’s working and what’s not.”
