During USDA’s Agricultural Outlook Forum, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack offered an upbeat assessment. Despite problems around the world, Vilsack said the outlook for agriculture is “bright, strong and positive.” When asked about the impact of the war in Ukraine, Vilsack said it is too soon to know what impact it will have on U.S. fertilizer and food prices.
