A bipartisan group of U.S. senators have introduced legislation to make 15 percent ethanol blends available year-round. Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer are the lead sponsors for the bill. Co-sponsors include the balance of the senators from Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
