The Senate has confirmed Alexis Taylor as USDA’s undersecretary for trade and foreign agricultural services. Taylor is an Iowa native who served as the director of the Oregon Department of Agriculture for six years. Before that, Taylor worked at USDA and on Capitol Hill.
