The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear the case involving the use of glyphosate, leaving a $25 million judgement against Bayer in place. A California man was awarded those damages after claims were made that glyphosate caused his cancer. Bayer was trying to limit its legal liability in similar cases, but the justices rejected that effort. There is another case pending on a related issue. The EPA has said there is no evidence that glyphosate causes cancer, but the Biden Administration advised the court not to take up this case.
