Marcy Svenningsen has been appointed Farm Service Agency state executive director for North Dakota. Svenningsen and her husband own and operate a farm near Valley City. For eight years, Svenningsen chaired the state FSA committee. Colleen Landkamer was named Minnesota’s rural development state director, a role she previously held during the Obama Administration. From her time as a Blue Earth County commissioner, Landkamer served as president of the Association of Minnesota Counties and the National Association of Counties.
