Cramer to Host EPA Official on WOTUS

North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer will host a Waters of the United States listening session on Monday, November 22. Cramer will be joined by EPA Assistant Administrator Radhika Fox for this event. Bismarck. The EPA is holding ten virtual listening sessions about the new version of the WOTUS rule. The Bismarck meeting will be the only in-person listening session.
