The United States Dry Bean Council has received a new grant of $180,000 from USDA’s Emerging Markets Program. USDBC plans to use the funds to assess consumer trends and behavior to determine future potential for the U.S. dry Bean industry in West Africa. The research will cover Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and Burkina Faso.
