A Seattle startup company is boasting fresh legumes to benefit consumption trends. Primary Beans sources beans directly from farms across North America to deliver dried heirloom varieties like cannellini beans. The beans were harvested late last year or early this year and packed a month or two after harvesting.
Founded in 1976, Northarvest Bean Growers Association (NBGA) represents the largest group of dry bean farmers in America, working together to fund research, promote, and produce the finest beans in the world.
