NCI Offering Preventive Control Course

The Food Safety Modernization Act requires that certain facilities have a written food safety plan and hazard analysis. The documents must be prepared by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual or PCQI. To meet requirements, Northern Crops Institute will be holding a Preventive Controls for Human Food course June 24-26, 2019 at the Northern Crops Institute in Fargo.

The early registration deadline is April 26 in order to receive a 10 percent discount on registration, and the final registration deadline is May 24. Additional information and registration can be found on the NCI website.
